Meaning of Li Chun
立春 Li Chun is the Beginning of Spring, the first of 24 节气 Jie Qi (one day stating a part of the 24 parts of the Sun in the calendar Chinese / Lunar New Year).
Li Chun is beneficial to the general public to determine Shio Birth Right for someone. So far, people assume a person is based on the Shio Born Shio period at the turn of the Lunar New Year.
